In general we do have continuous shifts of residents coming and going. Therefore we present all of our housing offers in total on our webpage. This winterperiod we see that there are not to much turnovers of the residents which means that all the properties are occupied. Please don’t hesitate to send us your request for housing. As soon as a property becomes available we shall update all the requests which came in via this form as a first.

We can check if we are able to offer you furnished housing if you can provide us with your:

• Startdate (and if possible enddate)
• Family composition the number of persons of your request.

Please note that rental is always in full calandar month’s. Our residents have an one-month notice period to end a rental contract. Therefore we are able to see by the end of the month which properties become available one month later. We will always contact the requests from the form on this page as a first as soon as a property becomes available, So let’s get in contact!
