Welcome home at Masterhousing!

Masterhousing offers furnished accommodations with flexible rentalcontracts, aimed at the business market. Local companies who are looking for a neat home for expats, international professionals and highly skilled migrants within their organization. But we also welcome locals who are looking for a temporary accommodation. We provide complete inventory packages to rent and we also take care of the total moving process of the inventory so you can settle down in the most easiest way possible. Besides this we take care and responsibility of the facility management for property owners. In addition to the warmly decorated properties, our host provides adequate and friendly service that makes the residents feel at home while staying abroad for work. We differentiate ourselve on the market through the personal contact with the residents, the companies involved and the property owners.

For the Employer / Companies & Expat

When a professional from abroad joins your company, we are ready to host, welcome and guide this so-called expat during their stay in the Netherlands. Masterhousing distinguishes itself on the international business market by providing personal contact and creating a welcoming environment for both expats and companies.

Our housing officer will visit your company to get acquainted and to discuss further wishes to arrange accommodation or bespoke furniture package for your employee(s).

 

 

We offer:

  • Flexible rental agreements. No minimum rental periods of one year, the rental agreement can be terminated monthly after the 1st month’s rent.

  • We also offer complete inventory packages rented on a monthly base. With that we also manage the total moving proces of the furniture.

  • Transfer from the airport to accommodation for the expat

  • Assistancy with specific applications such as addressregistration, garbage card or a parking permit.

  • Help to open a Dutch bank account.

  • Clear invoices (VAT stated) for the monthly rent.

  • Advice and guidance in taking out a flexible health insurer.

  • 24/7 hosting service to answer all questions about living in sittard-geleen. But also guidance through the city and in co-operation with the municipality: Buddy System | Stadslabs Sittard Geleen | A buddy helps you find your way around the city

For the Dutch residents

Are you looking for a temporary home? For example, by a divorce or the purchase of a new house? Instead of paying high costs to a hotel or airbnb accommodation, you can contact us for a longer rental period. That way you can look further in a homely environment and at ease for a new permanent living space, or bridge the period until you can move into your new home.

We offer:

  • Flexible rental agreements. No minimum rental periods of one year, the rental contract can be terminated monthly after the 1st month’s rent. 

  • Deposit in the amount of half a month’s rent.

  • Easily accessible boarding to rent.

  • We do not ask you to pay 3x the monthly rent as a guarantee or to submit half a year of salary slips. A copy of passport and proof of income or ability to pay the monthly rent is sufficient.

  • Rental prices are all-in: Gas/water/light,  service costs, High speed wifi, furniture and luxury  bed, & bath linen are included in the costs.

  • Registration at the address is possible
